A responsive and professional company.

I work as an engineer and have previously specified a large solar project on a factory roof. I was impressed throughout by ECH. Carl was extremely thorough and very happy to provide multiple options, he also answered all my technical questions promptly and clearly. The install was done on the day, very efficiently and with no fuss. There was an issue due to an administrative error resulting in the wrong inverter being sent, again there was no fuss and by 6.00am the next day they had arranged everything and the crew were back within a two days (on a Saturday) to swap the unit. The sales, install crew and administration have all been organised, helpful and professional. The quotes were also reasonable compared to the range of quotes I obtained. I will be recommending them to my friends.

Great attitude, great installation

Having spoken to many solar installation companies I was so impressed by the knowledge and attitude of ECH. No hard sell and very professional. We had a 6KW Solar Edge system installed by them. The installation exceeded my expectations and the system works well. I highly recommend ECH.
